We are looking for an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to lead our established planning team. Our Senior Wealth Advisor is a team player and methodical business leader. You have expertise as a trusted advisor serving the sophisticated needs of high net worth individuals and families. You will establish relationships with our target prospects, convert them to clients and facilitate them through our Wealth with Purpose® planning process. In addition, as the senior member of our planning team, you will contribute to our business development and marketing efforts. You will also facilitate and support associate advisor and paraplanner career development. Specifically, we will look to you for the following:


Provide a Superior Client Experience

  • Manage the relationship and client experience from the beginning of engagement throughout the initial planning process
  • Work with the planning team to develop financial strategies designed to meet the specific needs and concerns of our entrepreneurial clients
  • Maintain a pulse on every client, staying a step of ahead of their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Own the organization’s value proposition and its matriculation through the client experience

Lead the Best Wealth Advisory Process

  • Manage and facilitate the overall wealth planning process for the organization, ensuring the process is constantly innovating while meeting the needs of our high net worth clients and that the appropriate infrastructure is in place to execute it
  • Serve as the organization’s expert on wealth planning; staying on the forefront of key financial, investment and risk management concepts and providing mentorship and education to prospects, clients, alliances and team members

Facilitate Business Development

  • Leverage local centers of influence to extend our referral network while continuously looking for opportunities to establish relationships with potential prospects, clients and strategic partners
  • Participate in the design and execution of key marketing initiatives, facilitating client involvement
  • Represent the organization externally by attending and/or presenting at client and alliance events

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • An appreciation and understanding of entrepreneurs
  • A passion to help clients, alliance partners and team members
  • Immediately instills confidence in propsects, clients and team members
  • Practices outstanding communication, active listening and relationship building skills
  • Can see and articulate the big picture, as well as handle the details necessary to achieve the big picture
  • 8+ years of experience with advanced wealth planning -or- legal, tax and business planning
  • Licenses and credentials: CFP®, JD or CPA
  • An undergraduate degree

We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. The Operations Coordinator is an experienced support team member responsible for managing the financial and administrative needs of the organization, ensuring the office runs smoothly and maintaining our organizational foundation. In addition to the functional tasks outlined below, the Operations Coordinator directly supports the VP of Operations and the ongoing strategic initiatives of the organization. Specifically, you will be asked to do the following:


Financial Management

  • Manage the organization’s financial processes: Budgeting, AP, AR, Payroll, Annual Reporting

Regulatory Reporting Coordination

  • Coordinate the execution of compliance related filings and submissions, ensuring execution of the organization’s compliance calendar
  • Manage the preparation and execution of compliance audits

HR Coordination

  • Manage the selection, onboarding and maintenance of employee benefits and services
  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process

Office Management / IT

  • Maintain the AltruVista paperless office ensuring a clean and efficient file tree
  • Coordinate the administrative aspects of the office by distributing incoming mail and deliveries, managing office related supply ordering and ensuring a superior first impression for our guests
  • Manage office and employee related technology; maintaining an inventory of supplies and providing technical assistance and support across the organization

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • An appreciation and understanding of entrepreneurs
  • Organized and detail oriented, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with others
  • Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online experience
  • 2-4+ years of related experience; previous experience in the financial planning industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Associate Wealth Advisor to work on our established Wealth Planning Team. The Associate Wealth Advisor will work with a Senior Advisor and the AltruVista Wealth Planning Team to ensure a superior client experience. As the primary trusted advisor to our high net worth clients, the Associate Wealth Advisor maintains a pulse on everything that impacts our clients, and is responsible for overall client management and retention. Specifically, you will be asked to do the following:


Client Relationship Management

  • Facilitate the AltruVista wealth planning process, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, their families and their team of partners and advisors
  • Prepare for, lead and quarterback to completion all ongoing client meetings and client service activities
  • Maintain responsibility for all client contact and communication

Wealth Planning

  • Build comprehensive, customized financial plans designed to meet the specific needs and concerns of our entrepreneurial clients
  • Understand the investment strategy of the organization, with the ability to provide clients investment recommendations
  • Holistically monitor clients’ portfolios to ensure they adhere to the outlined plan
  • Continually reinforce our value proposition with clients and encourage referrals
  • Stay current on products, services and regulations that could impact our clients
  • Direct and monitor workflows required to service clients

Strategic Alliance Development

  • Develop strategic relationships with our partners in an effort to effectively refer business and leverage partnerships to deepen and enrich the client experience
  • Participate in the planning and execution of strategic alliance events

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Knowledge of key financial, investment and risk management concepts
  • A passion to help clients achieve their goals, and a desire to strengthen alliance partnerships to facilitate that
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience with eMoney and CRM tools
  • 4+ years of financial planning, family office and/or investment advisory experience with high net worth clients
  • Registrations and credentials: CFP®, Series 65
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in business, economics or financial planning
